FULL-SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN
Bring your "Pin-spirations" to life with South of First's full-service design package. Envision what your new space will look like with "Concept Sketches" drawn to scale + materials selected and specified on "Material Mood Boards." There are SO many decisions that go into each space, our job is to do the legwork--so you don't have to! South Of First works with clients throughout the entire process to get the best out of every space + turn HGTV dreams into a reality.

Full Service Design Packages (Concept Sketches, Material Selection + Material Mood Boards) are billed hourly and start at $195.00/hr.
DESIGNER - BY - YOUR - SIDE
One-on-one design consulting with a member of the South of First team to work through the trouble areas of your home. We collaborate with homeowners to be a second set of eyes and sounding board while also offering suggestions and professional design assistance. Great for homeowners who have a vision but may need a little help getting started or pulling their aesthetic together. Depending on each client's needs + goals, Designer-By-Your-Side can assist with space planning, paint selection, material sourcing with local vendors (tile, slabs, flooring, etc), styling + accessorizing, lighting + furniture selection.

Designer-By-Your-Side is billed as a 15 hour minimum ($2,925.00) + billed hourly at $195.00/hr beyond 15 hours.
HOME STYLING + STAGING
Sometimes, even a small change can make a huge difference to a troublesome area. This particular service, a South Of First specialty, offers the perfect way to bring out the best of any space without having to make any major alterations.
